Research Interests: Ryan’s main area of research focuses on understanding the interface between employees’ work and nonwork lives. In this area, he has a particular focus on how employees recover from work stress and achieve balance between work and nonwork to promote health and well-being. He is also interested in how healthy and balanced lives can be promoted for employees using organizational strategies like remote work and flexible working arrangements.
