OSSI fellows attend workshops that prepare them to apply to graduate school and other sessions that expose them to organizational science as a field. They also get involved in a research project that they present at the end of the week. These pictures are just a sample of the various activities in which OSSI fellows, mentors, faculty mentors, and guest speakers engaged throughout the action-packed week in May of 2012.
